What were their complaints? there’s some more fleshed out comments a few pages back in the thread but there were general complaints by a few national teams about not great practice gyms, food availability, just not very well planned and operated it seems. I’d be very interested to see whether we can find out if the USA men had any adverse experiences? maybe VolleyballMag can sneak it into one of his post-match articles? Nothing for the story, but it was hotter than hot in the workout facility and teams (not the USA) complained. They brought in temporary AC units. And some of the teams (again, not USA) were in a hotel that evidently was not up to standard. |

Which team is better right now out of Italy and France? France have to be the favorites to win the semi's right?

Both Poland and the USA can level up by adding Leon and Anderson for the WCH. Who is missing for Italy? It seems like they are really giving some youth a moment to shine. I see Zaytsev is still around.

I see Zaytsev is still around. I don't think Italy is missing anyone? This is pretty much it for them. I'm not sure on Piano's status? The rest have retired from the national team. But I have a feeling they'll be pretty great come 2024. |

Most had Poland winning 3-0 , a few 3-1 but Poland had a 66% chance to win They should watch games and not depend on the stat sheet. You dont see defensive mistakes on the stat sheet. Iran's OH problem was very evident ever since that Iran game at home. |
