Your insistence on using inflammatory language when it comes to abortion rights is so counter productive. This is NOT about companies being "woke". This is about women's rights and women's freedoms. What will be your reaction as the SC goes after contraceptives, same sex marriage, etc? Did someone write this for you? No. I just don't understand why you think the inflammatory language is useful when discussing such a difficult topic as abortion. It's counter productive. |

According to Healthline.com Plan B isn’t the same as the abortion pill. The abortion pill ends an early pregnancy.
In contrast, Plan B can only be used to help prevent pregnancy if taken within 5 days of sex. It works by delaying or stopping ovulation.Both are safe and effective Very true, they also perform two completely different functions. |

A quick, probably not possible way to make everyone happy right now is to make Plan B available for free. Democrats would be smart to push for stuff like this as there would probably be enough pressure from the public to do this. Should calm things down until there's a more rational debate. This goes against all my personal economic beliefs but if the federal government purchased all of the one companies that produces "plan b" products, it would be worth ending this nightmare. Not the permanent solution but a temporary to calm things down.

This goes against all my personal economic beliefs but if the federal government purchased all of the one companies that produces "plan b" products, it would be worth ending this nightmare. Not the permanent solution but a temporary to calm things down. OK what about the women who can't get it within 72 hours. Or whose situations change between getting pregnant and choosing to terminate. Or who's pregnancies become life threatening. Or who's fetuses develop fatal conditions in the womb. It's not even a half measure it's barely a 1/16th measure. |

I think I understand your reasoning for the Government providing Plan B at "no cost to the public", but why would they have to buy out the company that makes Plan B in order to do this? |
