The way I see it, this match should be viewed for the following three aspects (not the final score and/or point differential): 1) can Pringle and Armoni show that they are 'the real deal' at DS; 2) will Elia Rubin pan out to be the 6ro OH2 Stanford needs who can block, serve-receive and play all around solid D from the jump; and 3) can Francis be an answer for the gaping hole left by L. Smith's absence? We will see. No offense but I doubt we’re going to see any definitive answers on any of those questions in this match lol Definitive answers? There won't be any kind of answers. Prediction after watching: we are two completely different line ups against tOSU. Too many potential lineups to not see how different combos take to the floor together. wrong thread lol Oops. This is what I get for trying to analyze things after Sunday funday. |

At a basic level, I wish announcers had to pass a test that includes “view the following and confirm if this call is an ace or rather was the whistle blown due to the receiving team being out of rotation.”
