What in the world did they reverse? I went back and watched the play since I'd missed it. The line judge had signaled "touch" which means he saw the ball as landing out after a touch on the block. So the challenge was about the touch call, which resulted in the reversal. If Oregon had thought the ball was in, they could have cross-challenged after the reversal.

They’re supposed to look at the whole play. Touch and in/out are bundled, I believe.
