I bet they get 300 fans at this match, FIGHT ON! You are intentionally trying to be insulting. This is a big time Pac 12 matchup against a massive fan base that wants any excuse whatsoever to get the hell out of Pullman. At LEAST 450. Probably 500+.  |

Hard to predict this one. I would have said WSU, but they did not play well vs. WA, and they don't have two true middles playing. Plus, Jansen went out of their match in the 2nd set. Not sure if she was benched or injured. She wasn't playing well at the time anyway. Then WSU went to a modified 5-2 I believe, with Ung setting while in the front row and playing OH the other part of the time. Timmer was pretty ineffective. I don't see USC digging as many balls as WA did against WSU though, while WSU will likely have better hitting efficiency against USC than UCLA did. USC seems to have found their groove lately though, so I'm seeing them win this win.

USC 8 votes, WSU 6 votes. Most feel this will be close it seems. Will be a good win for either team.

USC staff is making all spectators sit on one side here in Galen. East side of gym. The side behind the benches, shown on TV. Is this to make the gym look “full” on camera? That’d be such a USC thing to do… It does look relatively full (i.e., not empty) on the stream until they show the empty seats behind WSU when they serve. Not sure why they'd care. Maybe bc UCLA got such a good crowd for the match vs USC? |
