I just keep looking at that box score wondering how we didn't open a portal to Hell in the Devaney Center.

I just keep looking at that box score wondering how we didn't open a portal to Hell in the Devaney Center. 17-17-60 must be the Number of the Beast under some occult formula. Nebraska only had 46 kills in 5 sets? And won? I discover a new infernal delight every time I look at it. Edit: The more I look at it, Ohio State's boxscore is weird - lots of 3s, 7s, and prime numbers, I suspect witchcraft of some sort!

Two more points than Nebraska scored. 67 is prime. Best volleyball I’ve ever seen.

I am not going to read through 46 pages for comments and opinions. My son and i had damn good seats on the opposite side on the Nebraska starting bench about 15 rows up. The Nebraska fans were loud tonight, and upped their game in the fourth and fifth sets. I would think the girls on both teams really appreciated the atmosphere to compete in. I would think they will remember the experience for years down the road.
OSU is so experienced, tough as nails and competes hard on every point. I think all the players who played significant roles for OSU tonight were upperclassmen. Five or six seniors and three juniors. I wonder how many seniors will come back for OSU next year? They got substantially more kills because the OSU setter, Podraza, put better location on her sets for her hitters consistently tonight. She was an edge for OSU and the senior gave her hitters better rips tonight. They were tenacious on defense, especially in the backcourt. Much more digs in part to Nebraska resorting to keeping the ball in play and not having as many really good swings on nice sets.
OSU almost overcame the Nebraska crowd in those very loud fourth and fifth sets. Congrats to them on just coming up short and to my Huskers competing hard and finding ways to win when getting beat soundly in the kill department. 18 more kills is extremely hard to overcome, at home or on the road. Me thinks OSU will remember this when the rematch happens on Sunday, November 13th. But both teams have a lot of volleyball to play before the match in Columbus. Nebraska fought hard, played great defense with the block being a difference maker too. They rode the wave with the boisterous crowd to win the fourth and fifth sets.

I've seen it internationally - Cameroon vs. DR at the World Cup. It was an absolute hose job that happened because of an errant buzzer at the scorer's table. I should go back and see who the R1 was. Nurper Ozbar HandeBallerdın old reliable hahaha, but serve clock violations should be called

I caught some of the live stream and OSU is much better than their record indicates. They going to put it together and make a run. They're going to be a tough draw for whoever gets them in their pod in the NCAA's.
