honestly despite the loss, its a better showing by Michigan than they have had in years past against OSU..

The B1G just has such superior defense across the conference to everyone else, I think. I'm impressed by all of the top 2/3 of the conference compared to what I see on the west coast. Just anticipating the hard hits, being in the right location, keeping some really hard swings alive. So impressive.
Why does the Pac-12, Big West, WCC not recruit these same defensive players? Is it 2-2 scholarships? The cachet of playing in the B1G?

That said, the west coast tends to not be one of those places. |

It was fun to watch. Mich put up a better fight than I anticipated. Don't know what to say about OSU other than they're unpredictable. Just my own view, but they'd be really lost without Podraza.

Maybe it’s just me but I’ll go out on a stretch here and say that any team would be lost without their starting senior setter who also happens to be All B1G and All American |
