It was mentioned in the Badger season thread, as if this sweep was conjured up from having that discussion. EDIT: earlier in this thread: Jan 29 of 2021 - the "2020" season - the first match of the weekend, sweep in Champaign. Before that, 2016 sweep in Champaign. The last sweep win for UW in Madison... the score of the first set was 30-14 (!). 2007. |

Wisconsin returns home for its final home matches of the regular season first hosting Indiana on Sunday at 2PM ET before returning to action next Friday (11.11) to host Rutgers at 8PM ET
then a brutal ending for the Badgers:

That looked like a very resilient Wisconsin effort tonight. They really were countering nearly everything Illinois did. Badgers’ trajectory is up now. At the right time. 😃

Among the small courses I'm teaching this semester in NY, lots of people sick. Probably a quarter by beginning of Nov. Various things. I suspect that will play a roll in conference play by the end.

Not sure that means anything because I doubt she would have played even if Shanel had to come out - plenty of other smalls could have stepped in if needed — but… maybe it did mean she was sort of available |

It looked like she was participating in warmups when the BTN camera captured the team going through reps prior to the match. |
