If Antropova had gotten her Italian passport sooner I suspect Egonu would not have been called for the Euros. Manzatti is really out here trying to prove he can be successful without Egonu. Just delusional |

This is an absolutely crazy decision! But it also gives me hope for a US bronze at Paris 😆 Don't worry. With or without Egonu, Italy will exit the Olympic tournament in the quarterfinals. So Mazzanti will be able to say he matched the best result without Egonu. That is, of course, if Italy manages to qualify. |

Egonu has a successful track record for the most part. Why not use her? This is a serious question. |
