She had 14 assists vs Pitt. As a libero. 14 assists. Wisconsin also runs a 6-2 tho and the match went 5 sets with close scores in ever game, tons of opportunities to be the out of system setter. she wouldn't have 14 assists if they ran a 5-1 The 'second' setter in Pitt's two-setter system only had 16 assists in that same match. |

She had 14 assists vs Pitt. As a libero. 14 assists. So what? Passing is critical and it's REALLY difficult to function if a player upon whom you rely for passing can't get the ball to target. She had a rough weekend on serve-receive. She did not "disappear". |

It matters a lot in a 6-2 to have a good libero who can secondary set. That's probably 8 direct points she got for her team that another libero wouldn't -- it's hard for me to imagine her passing was a net negative all things considered. |

If she can handle serves better than she did this year, Wisconsin is going to make another deep run next year. |
