No he is horrible in game coach. Hopefully he goes to UCLA. You know he won't. He is a Boulder native and his family is well rooted in Colorado. Good planning/prep coach -- HORRIBLE game time coach. Big 10 money can do a lot. I just hope. Don’t see it happening but I hope. This class of seniors was a top 10 class so not sure just making the tournament is good enough.

Disappointing last couple of sets by the Buffs, and by Tabron overall. Hopefully they have some more depth on the pins next year, because they were very capable of winning this match. Rice played well when it counted though, and dug a lot of balls to make COL struggle to earn kills. I think they brought in 4 pins next year haha. They definitely loaded up. Colorado loaded up for pins next year, and Hadrych is coming back. Again, Tabron is a good hitter normally -- today was just disasterous for her at hitting and passing. She can very well come back next year and be the OH again. CU made it to the Dance with her and Hadrych and can do it again if the new hitters coming in don't beat her out.

Welp, that definitely wasn't the Colorado we have seen this season. Unfortunately they chose to have a really bad day on Day 1 of NCAA tourney.
Impressed with the Rice defense and passing to be able run offense. Colorado served too tentatively compared to what they have been doing before. I think CU was just very nervous. The looks on their faces looked nervous as heck and didn't shake it off.
I also am shell-shocked on how bad Tabron played. Not only did she hit in the negative, but she received so many balls dismally and that doesn't show in the stats, and CU couldn't run an offense. She was the main reason CU lost by far, but setting was a little off too. However, Hadrych worked around the setting and had 20 kills in just 4 sets and she hit something between .400 & .500 (stats not up anymore). It's too bad CU couldn't set her more often. I saw that Tabron dug a lot of balls up nicely (the most on the team), but her serve reception was just the downfall of CU since Rice served her almost every time.
Not having Parker in at OPP also hurt CU with losing the block and hitting capability. Colorado got tooled a lot today on that side with a much shorter Levaggi.
OVERALL THIS SEASON, Colorado did better than expected and made it to their 21st NCAA Tourney and 3rd in 7 years.
CU has a lot of things to look forward to with great players coming in next year to add to the 4 starters coming back. A great overall 2022 season for the Buffs, and great promise for next year.

The insta comments on the Rice advancing post are awful. I hope whoever runs the page monitors them.

But definitely will be helpful to have other pins who can sub in, in a situation like this with Tabron playing badly. Today, just no sub options unfortunately.

At least no one that coach trusts to do better or burn a red shirt that was not planned. Thing with Tabron is that she has had some bad bouts during the start and middle of matches, and has come back to hit very well at the 2nd half of matches. NOT TODAY. Not even close.

Yeah, loss of Parker hurt, but Tabron's tentative play probably was the deciding factor.

The insta comments on the Rice advancing post are awful. I hope whoever runs the page monitors them. what type of things were said? I'm not going to repeat any of it, but it was piggish behavior from boys (they are not men in my eyes). Looks like they took down most of them.

Colorado was in a position to take set 1 and let it slip away. Win that set and it's a different night for the Buffs.

Why didn’t Campbell get any run? Is she not performing well or injured? If memory serves she was a top 50 recruit coming out of high school.
