". . . You don’t have to come at me like that brah!" Welcome to the forum g0bows! But you should know, unless at least five posters have called you an idiot or have threatened to block you, it doesn't count as "coming at someone" on a Wahine thread! In terms of the internet, you just missed your stop at Ala Moana and got off in the middle of Kalihi. But, as you know, you won't find a more committed fan base anywhere.

If it's not in the regular season, it doesn't matter. I'm not even the least bit excited about this.

I’m always excited to see new players perform so I’m excited to watch Bamis play.

I’m always excited to see new players perform so I’m excited to watch Bamis play. Last spring, I got a kick out of Igiede playing all six rotations in the middle for nearly two hours. And she chewed up Pepperdine. Scored around 30 points and was in on about a dozen blocks. Worried about her, but what a display.

Since these are exhibition matches, expecting players like Bamis, Evans, Morioka, and Matias, to play a lot. Do not expect players like Igiede and Lang to play much. This is also the time for Robyn to experiment, see what players can do at different positions. Also, experiment with a 6-2. But not expecting any BIG changes until Adeyemi and Hakas get on campus in the fall.

I am excited to at least read about how the games went and the stats of the players to get an idea how how certain players will be against a different type of team they don't usually see in conference. Plus its not all the time we get to play Minny, I guess I am excited about this. There was someone on the forum last year that streamed the pepperdine game but I dont remember who? I hope someone can stream this somehow would love to see it!

I know these are exhibitions and Spectrum normally don't televise exhibitions but this is against a top 10 team and we are playing them 2 times. In the past, teams came out only for 1 match(maybe two but the second one would be like a closed scrimmage). I'm sure the Wahine folks would rather fans come out and attend the matches in person but Tuesday and Wednesday are tough because its work and school days. $10 admission is not breaking the bank so hopefully there will be a fairly nice crowd each night.

Yeah,, dont mind me,! Haha !! My mommy dropped me when I was young! I’m just here to talk story and have fun🤓 You have a valid point 👍🏽 showing emotions when needed for your team is definitely a form of team work.

Right tho ?! I’m just saying it really would have came in handy in the LSU game ..they looked scared!! Trying not to lose! Other teams had quiet Leaders similar to Cay Alexander and Riley that would have been like “enough is enough, LETS GO!!!” But that’s just what I am seeing!! I’m no Einstein! Generally, it's the losing side that finds itself standing around in a circle yelling a redfaced 'Let's Go' at each other. If it ever worked in the past some may have assumed correlation to the wrong causation. What turns things around is focused energy skillfully applied with everyone contributing in their role. Screaming at each other can amplify the fear and desperation, when what's needed is strong leadership and belief, a plan, and execution on the plan. Success builds momentum, and that momentum can build on itself. Then the fear and desperation switches sides, and the losers will start yelling at each other to 'Let's Go!' and that's when you know you've got 'em where you want them.

Damn Noble ,,, You have to use much smaller words with me , I don’t know half those big words you said! Haha ,, but I get what your saying ,, makes sense!!!! But I think , it can swing both ways,! I could be that I’m just an Optimist and a Sucker but.. if one of my boys said “ come ,, let’s go talk to those 2 hot models over there ,, I bet they would Dance with us” im gonna get pumped and go try!!! Nah, seriously ,, I don’t know Riley , but I know people who resemble her character... if they said something like ,, this really means a lot to me help me accomplish this! It would definitely inspire me and refocus my composer! But I don’t want to continuously have this discussion.. I don’t know if I am honestly making any sense ,, I’m just super passionate about our program .. I think I just want to see someone who looks as hurt as I am or as emotional as I am during the game! So apologies 🙏 for my metaphors and rants everyone!! All's good.

I hope that leadership and belief is something Kate develops a stronger foundation in for the post season. Sometimes she can look unrecognizable when the game stakes are higher but when she’s on, she’s incredible.

Wondering when we will be hearing about any more 2024 commitments. Robyn still has 3 or 4 available scholarships to give out for 2024.

Girls club ball is just barely getting going, not sure when the big tournament dates are but I imagine offers will go out though the season and official visits might have during spring break so likely after that. Not sure who on staff does the majority of the mainland recruiting but they would be the ones to follow where they are heading

Nebraska and Wisconsin have 2024 filled, but Nebraska got top recruits again, and Wisconsin hit Poland and Canada, as well as former LBSU coach and player legend Joy's (too lazy too look up last names) daughter, for its quick verbals in that class. Probably still a lot of talent out there with the new regulations, and, yeah, transfer portal. Oh, yeah, "small" crowd of 4,000, with great tv coverage and streaming, in flipping Hawai'i! Always an option! I live in Wisconsin. Hawai'i broadcasts are the only ones I don't "mute" once I figure out who the players are, watching live, but our radio guy is great! Great crew, all around. Sorry for Kanoa for his loss! He is very much living up to a huge legacy with his work!
