As much as I honestly don’t like Texas, I could see this a sweep going their way. I also don’t mind them winning it all for Logan!

Marquette’s loss to Creighton in the conference tournament is one of my favorite matches of the year. The Golden Eagles have had such a good season, and so many of their players have a couple of years remaining.
This coming beatdown by Texas is going to be a good learning lesson for the team moving forward.
Just kidding!
Texas is going to need to continue serving well. The service game has been taken to a new level. I don’t mean the aces, although that’s been there, too. Just the pace and overall difficulty of the serves from everyone has been dialed up a notch. Then you add the continued excellent first contact and the combination is leading to dominating performances. I hope to see it continue.

Hamilton and Reitsma are both 6 rotations. Naber is the usual DS for (Opposite) Foti. Dragani, Holstrom, and Vandenberg have all made recent appearances as either a DS (for Naber) or serving sub. It's a carousel cause none of them (minus the recovering Vandenberg) are good at passing lol. |
