I could give the history of every expansion team in baseball. He's the greatest Brave of all time. He was a Brave for 53-65. The Milwaukee Braves are not the current Brewers. The Atlanta Braves came from Boston then Milwaukee. His time as a "Brewer" was very short. We can call him the best player to play in Milwaukee if it makes you feel better. And good news... you are a jerk in the PsU and Badger threads so at least you are consistent. Dude can't handle being made a fool of. We were talking about the greatest baseball players in the history of Milwaukee and Pittsburgh. Dude said Paul Molitor for Milwaukee. Too funny. When I brought up Hank Aaron and Robin Yount he tried to backtrack and act like he wasn't clueless. Too funny!

Robin Yount, #19. So faux fan, what Badger had that number and why?

Fisher is good. His players play hard for him. He knows how to structure a team.
I think the characterization that this will be Pitt just swinging madly against the badgers physical block is a bit of meat and drink for media. Sort of like DBK saying last December that you only need to serve the seam between Loberg and Orzol to beat UW. Yeah, it was a problem, but c'mon. Teams had been doing that all year - including Nebraska.
There is no way Pitt wins with such a simple game plan. It greatly underestimates the badgers. They would get clobbered. It is true that the badgers play a more tactical style, but it's also true that Franklin and Robinson can just go off. If they can pass, Smrek and Hart can also go off.

No shade on a fine Pitt squad. This is going to be a great match. But this is worth the mention. Fisher is not wrong except that the Badgers were generally a better hitting team, on paper, down the stretch (November) playing a brutal B1G schedule. That means the Badgers took more “rips” during that time, and were significantly better at putting the ball down (hitting%). I don't know Dan Fisher well(played against him a couple times on the beach), but something about him rubs me the wrong way. Just the things he says and how he carries himself. Does he have something I am missing to back up this cockiness? A good coach, but please sit down Dan until you do something. lmao

Robin Yount, #19. So faux fan, what Badger had that number and why? I am fake Badgers fan now? This cat is soooo mad and too funny! I was born in Wisconsin about 5 decades ago. I'd be careful if you are trying to discredit me as an actual Badgers fan. I have forgot more than you will ever know about Wisconsin sports. #19 in what sport? You relate it to Yount, so are you talking baseball? UW hasn't had baseball since the early 90's. In football Nick Herbig is #19. Off the top of my head, the last VB player to wear #19 was M.E. Dodge. You are hilarious. Spin things some more now and try to say I'm fake Badgers fan. Haha. I may stop back at some point late tonite, after the match and hopeful celebration. I'll be at the Camp. Should be a great one. Not sure I want the stress of a 5 setter, but it's possible. Pitt is formidable for sure.

Faux women's volleyball fan. Those of us who didn't sign up for volleytalk in the last five minutes know the answer is M. E. Dodge.
I'm guessing you don't know who that is.

Friends, can we focus on beating Pitt?
We need GG to get her passing under control, Orzoł to put the ball to the floor, Frank to swing hard, and Smrek to remember it’s December.
Devyn, Dan, and CC - just keep doing what you’re doing.

What happened to Dalton for Pitt? I saw Ennis playing OH, so is Dalton injured/out for the year, or was she benched?

I thought I heard in their last match that Dalton got hurt Dalton has been out for a few games. (Four??) Cam Ennis has been playing for her. I have not seen anything official, but Dalton looks to have a hip or lower back problem.
