Yeah. It really looked like Oregon got mentally tired in the end. Two 5 set matches with so much at stake is draining.

Oregon hit -.095 in the fifth set.
I think they were hitting something like .360 for the match through set 4.

Maybe for some. I don't know, I just know how big HCA can be and I'm not sure I like it in the NCAA Tournament, particularly at this stage. Oregon lost two sets by two and dominated another one, just tough. Do you dislike the NFL playoffs being played on home fields? I prefer neutral sites in general. So, if I had the choice, yes, I'd put them at neutral sites. Is that the better practical or financial move? No, but, it's just my preference. If they want to do the opening round matches (when teams have byes) at higher seeded teams, that's fine with me. |
