Halter felt like such an important difference maker to me. Just nailing passes. If you're telling servers "Don't go after the L! Or her! Or her!" whaddaya gonna do? Looked poised af. Seen more than once mentions that she has been like a sponge trying to learn everything she can from Fleck. Halter has been very consistent all year. Hasn't gone through one of those freshman lulls that most freshman go through at some point.

Is it generally regarded that 2018 Stanford is better than 2019 Stanford? NO, not after Plummer came back from her injury. best non-POY ever. When she comes back from the hip injury she was fit fit fit..Gophers never stood a chance. Probably some of the most dominant play I’ve ever seen.

San Diego just didn't play clean enough volleyball to have a chance to win tonight against a stacked Longhorn team.
Props to the Toreros on a great season. Made school history with their first ever Elite 8 and Final 4. Thank you to all of the seniors who played their hearts out the entire season, and congrats to the NCOY Jen Petrie. It was truly a memorable season, and it was very fun to watch!
Good luck to the Longhorns in the final!

I said it before in the thread, but I honestly feel if San Diego had been in the other bracket they'd be in the finals right now. A very worthy opponent.

Halter and Fleck poaching like it’s the outback and the balls are a protected species

USD played great, Texas played better. Entertaining match that did women's college vb proud on prime time television.
