I LOVED watching Carol Kane play libero for Texas  I thought she looked like someone - not sure if it was Carol Kane - but that's perfect. During the match they showed an older Carol Kane-looking woman in the stands and my first thought was "that has to be Fleck's mom." |

Congrats to the Texas Longhorns! What a fabulous group of young women. So deserving. Also, congrats to the Louisville Cardinals. What a great season, and so very close to taking set 3. Really could’ve gone either way. Fantastic team and wonderful group of young women as well. I need the backstory of your avi please Penn State didn't lose a set the entire 2008 season and then in the third set of the national semifinal they were down like 11-17 or something to Nebraska and Nicole Fawcett (pictured), probably the best OH in NCAA history, turned to the setter between points and said 'GIVE ME THE BALL" very loudly. Happy to report: she was set. She got the kill. But they lost the set. Ended up winning the match in 5. |

Anyone else catch the grown ass man (or that’s what I’m assuming) on Twitter complaining about Texas being a roster full of 23 year olds? & that their average age is 24.5. Several posters are alluding to all the great things Logan does off the court. Which is what? I'm not questioning the compliment. Just inquiring. I want to know more about this talented young woman. There's no denying she's a tremendous talent on-court.

I just hate how when a championship is won, everyone starts making excuses. It can’t just ever be a team outplayed another team. Because that’s literally what it was. I said 3 weeks ago that Texas was the national champion in my mind already just from how unbelievable they have played this whole season. They were just about unstoppable this match |
