Am I the only one who thought the match was kind of boring? The heavy favorite pretty much just ran away with it, as expected. I had a different perspective on it. |

I need the backstory of your avi please Penn State didn't lose a set the entire 2008 season and then in the third set of the national semifinal they were down like 11-17 or something to Nebraska and Nicole Fawcett (pictured), probably the best OH in NCAA history, turned to the setter between points and said 'GIVE ME THE BALL" very loudly. Happy to report: she was set. She got the kill. But they lost the set. Ended up winning the match in 5. I’ve been dying to rewatch this. Nicole saying that is iconic What was the point in the set she says this? Does anyone remember? |

I didn’t think the match was boring because good volleyball was being played. Great defense and offense on both sides. Good volleyball makes good matches, and this was a good game.
