Of course, TCU's 6'1" setter Buckley has 22 blocks. So maybe....not that impressive after all.
TCU's top three blockers have: 64, 49, 31 individual blocks.
As a team, they're 9th in the country at 2.89 blocks/set
She’s the third leading blocker on the nation’s top blocking team per set. TCU has played a bunch more sets, partly because they’ve played more matches and partly because they have longer matches. Not to take anything away from Buckley, either. But comparing total blocks is silly. No offense, but it’s not even a relevant comparison. Just for reference to show y’all how good of a blocker she has been. She leads all setters in blocks per set

As devil’s advocate I’ll also point out she’s playing next to O’Neal, and because this team isn’t terminating well, there are more block opportunities. But regardless, she’s doing awesome with her rotations in the front row. I also like how aggressive she is with her dumps. I understand they’re not always landing, but I’d rather her be too aggressive and then dial it back, than be too timid and try to get her to take on a more aggressive mentality. I feel like she’s on a good path to improvement there. I feel confident that’s going to be a huge part of her arsenal, and by extension the team’s.

We sometimes struggle with that two-hitter rotation so I support an offensively minded setter. Takes some of the predictability out of the equation

you're going to be there tonight? Yes, wish me safe travels to the world of Carnies. Mullets and plumber butt cracks everywhere. One good thing. They’re not going to be a band of raging weebles because we’re leaving the conference. Who will Yormark root against in this one?

I need more sets going to her there.
