Like Texas social media said, haters need to mind their business tonight. Like Jenaishya Moore helped remind us, we need to stand on business.

do you need to remind them about her being an ace leader #3 You keep saying that, and I keep looking at the NCAA website, and it keeps clearly listing her at #4, with 200 career aces. Petrinka even lost her standing as #1. What am I missing?

Always. We could get to a 1000 pages simply on my reminders. I will say it’s unfathomable to me it’s never mentioned. How hard could it be to say something about it when she’s at the service line? Just a quick snippet that she’s 4th in career aces among active leaders. And now that Texas is this deep in the tournament and none of the players above her are still playing, AND everyone is on their last year of eligibility, technically she’s 1st. One of the commentators did mention it a couple games ago, to say she moved up to 3rd IIRC Oh good. Of course I missed that. I need to go find it and just watch it over and over again.

I'm also excited for Jenna. It's her first final four and as a top recruit, I'm sure this has been a goal for her since coming into the NCAA.

Shelby Coppedge was SO CLOSE to mentioning it at one of the recent games, and I was so excited for you. But I think she just talked about Barnes having the TAMU CC record or something similar. Which is still great, but not the stat we're looking for.

Fun little distraction. Before tonight:
Career Records: Asjia sits at #1 in Texas career block assists and total blocks, above Chiaka in both. Her .403 career hit % is good for third all time, just behind Chiaka's .405 mark at #2. 1.2 blocks/set for her career ranks #5 in Texas history.
Molly's career .344 hit % sits at 5th all-time.
Individual Season Records: Asjia has put up 10 stuff blocks and 147 block assists for 157 total blocks so far, good for 1.62 blocks/set. She is also hitting at a .392 clip. These stats put her at #3 for block assists in one season and just outside the top 10 in total blocks (hopefully that changes tonight). She is at #5 in blocks/set.
Madi so far is at 513 kills (4.79 k/s) on 1170 attempts, adding up to 588.5 points (5.50 ppts/set). These stats put her at #6 in individual season kills, #5 in kills/set, and #10 in attempts. She is also at #7 in points/set and just outside the top 10 in total points.
Emma's 3.86 digs/set would rank #9 in digs/set in individual seasons.
Here's to hoping all these numbers go up tonight!
