Alabama for sure 😭 naur, they scheduled some of the worst teams in the country week 1. florida plays penn state, south carolina plays towson, texas a&m plays omaha, and ole miss plays st johns all on the first DAY! i'd be shocked if none of those sec teams lose. |

Florida - Penn State is my pick. That PSU team has some solid vets and Florida’s solid vets play at Nebraska and Pitt. |

Mississippi Valley State, which is who Alabama has scheduled for friday, finished the year ranked 342nd in the country there were only 344 teams. granted they do play saint louis that night, who are in the 220s, but by that time, the south carolina and ole miss games should be wrapped up and i just don't see south carolina beating towson |

Which SEC team takes the first L??? On the opposite side of the spectrum, which teams do you think have the potential to surprise teams by the end of the season? I think TAMU, Arky and Mizzou have the most potential to beat the preseason poll expectations. This feels like one of those seasons where 2-7 in conference standings could all be 5+ loss teams, leaving room for the three above to climb a bit to a possible 2nd place finish for Arkansas and higher than 8 and 12 for TAMU/MIZ. I’m hoping A&M performs better than their exhibition throughout the season and of course I am optimistic about Missouri, hoping their fight against Iowa State is more telling about Dawn Sullivan’s quick work rather than a down year for the Cyclones. |

The Alabama schools AL/AUB have without a doubt the most pathetic non con scheduling. absolutely, but them playing bad schools, specifically alabama, is good for the conference. their RPI/record will look better than they actually are, meaning when the SEC teams have to play them in conference, it won’t be as negative as a hit granted, that’s assuming Alabama actually takes care of business… lol |

The Alabama schools AL/AUB have without a doubt the most pathetic non con scheduling. absolutely, but them playing bad schools, specifically alabama, is good for the conference. their RPI/record will look better than they actually are, meaning when the SEC teams have to play them in conference, it won’t be as negative as a hit granted, that’s assuming Alabama actually takes care of business… lol But we have to stomach Auburn's Instagram nonsense about how they're the best team to ever volley, with a supergenuis of a coach through a 8 match win streak....then go quiet at they lose 9 SEC matches. |
