Ole Miss out here ruining people’s seasons It was very unlikely LSU would end up making the tournament anyway, but that loss last night was the nail in the coffin. TJ needs to hit the transfer portal hard this off-season. |

OKAY HEAR ME OUT Florida wins their remaining matches ends the conference with 14-4 record Kentucky loses to Florida x2 and a hot Georgia team ends the conference with a 14-4 record Arkansas loses the rematch to Florida & Kentucky ends the conference with a 14-4 record Tennessee loses to Florida AND Georgia ending their season with a 14-4 record  to be honest, I was on break at work and bored but imagine ! |

What did I miss last night? Florida did not win their remaining matches as hoped for above. But they played a fantastic 5 setter against Tennessee. Very late in set 4, up 2-1, Florida has a perfect pass, AC matched up with Finghall, and who cares matched up with Martin cause she already had 25 kills, Muff sets AC. Ok I get it, she smokes it angle, ball comes back free. . . Muff repeats AC and Finghall is just so not the blocker you do that to and she CLAMPS it. Tennessee wins the set and the match. Mizzou worked MSU Kentucky hit real efficiently outside of Wilson beating USC in 4. Maybe Alabama played? |

Three matches today that should be interetsing for standings
Florida vs Kentucky
TAMU vs Auburn
Gerogia vs Mizzou
today may paint a clearer picture at the top or make the middle of conference even more muddled

So do we think Mizzou is a “lock” for the tournament? 35 in the RPI, a nice win against Georgia today. But they could realistically lose their next 5 matches (A&M, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, and Georgia again). Four of those opponents are in the top 27 in RPI and Georgia is 53. Would winning just 1 of those matches make them a lock?
