I’ll be honest, I actually almost posted something similar to this poster the other day. What did they do to improve their ball control (I just genuinely don’t keep up too much with Kentucky post-Edmond) and what’s their ceiling? I’m worried, much like the poster as well, that the sweet 16 might be the furthest any team in the conference can make it. Maybe elite 8 with an easier path or other team upset. got a stud libero and stud 6 rotation outside both as freshman and Walker beavin and whitworth already there as proven Forgetting Bultema and a stud setter who will for sure be pushing time with Emma Grome, Ava Sarafa |

I have updated the thread title and added a portal activity update for each team, including some commentary at the bottom about how well the questions at the end of the season have been addressed in the portal so far.
And as requested - VANDY is now in the thread!
I'll keep updating as additional portal news becomes public. Please let me know which announcements I have missed!

There is some indication that maybe Jenaisya Moore from OH State might be interested, and I think she would be the preferred choice over the in-conference transfer (possibly - just my opinion). |

Vandy has hired one assistant. Word on the street is the second one has already been chosen as well. Have to wait for official announcement.
Unless I don’t remember correctly, all SEC schools are on the semester system meaning all already started classes for the spring.
So I think transfer season for now is done in the SEC? or am I missing some dark tule that allows SA’s to transfer … start semester and then magically go on scholarship and then be announced… 😂

If I recall, I think Markova was a huge pick up for Florida and she transferred via portal in late May? |

So I would anticipate some additional news as things settle. And of course, several programs are building/replacing staffs, too. |

Fortin … UGA to Mississippi State Pretty small roster for UGA right now. Two lefts, one right, one setter. I'm imagine they want to run a 6-2. They struggled in '21 when their smaller setter was in the front row. Do we know if they have a setter/pin combo coming in that could fill that? Website says they added a MB. Maybe she can stay and they move a MB to the right. Fisher would give opposing outsides heck blocking on that pin. I'd love to see Tom have continued success there, hope they find the pieces they need. |
