Alfee probably offered 275-300K + Performance Incentives and Camp $ (and anything Nike gives him)... The avg. salary for Sealy was roughly 238k last five years Attachments:

He was having a lot of bad luck with injured setters and recruiting over them vs bringing them back to and past their potential That’s not even close, not even 5 percent on why ucla wasn’t successful. Plenty of their recruited setters transferred and had flourishing careers. They recruited top ranked setters. Ucla problems were much much deeper Who, exactly, are these setters who transferred from UCLA and "flourished" elsewhere?

All American Lauren Cook?

Who, exactly, are these setters who transferred from UCLA and "flourished" elsewhere? Kylie Miller set the Minnesota team to a final four And set Minnesota to their FIRST ever win over Stanford during the regular season.

I feel like Miller and Chang aren’t the examples worth using to make your case. I’m thinking working body parts played big roles in their eventual success lol

We can also ask why all these setters got injured so often at UCLA and are fine in other programs.
I do know that Kylie Miller was out over 10 matches due to a concussion at Minnesota.

Sealy did not break $200k for 2020 or 2021 including "other pay". Often I forget about inflation. I was still thinking Sealy was making around $150k, plus maybe $30k "other pay". From your data it is clear that Sealy was given a 5 year contract starting 2016 season, through 2020 season... then rolled over one year for 2021 due to Covid, and I assume rolled over one more year for 2022 also due to Covid disruptions, and co-COY honors in the P12. I'm guessing Sealy's co-COY for 2021 is what prevented the AD from firing him, and led to another one year contract for 2022

Wenaas to Texas and Beason to Nebraska. Hoping LA’s exclusion from the national ice storm can convince Parra or the OSU athletes to come here for a year.

Those annual figures would be the same regardless of his contract status. And it's highly unlikely that he received two consecutive 1 year contract extensions (in 2020 and 2021).
