Anyone in Grand Rapids today to watch the Spartans? Especially interested in how they will do against Michigan this evening. Going to the 5th set! Berger setting with Bishop in a 5-2, she looks good.

MSU is without McArthur and Staniszewska which I feel like will be their two main additions for the fall. Glad to see Berger did well since setter seemed to be one of the bigger ? losing Nunez.

The big question is which team has more being added to their roster come fall. Spartans look much improved. They dominated the first two sets with service pressure and better ball control. O'Gorman and Kelly had solid matches but Berger was a revelation. She set her middles very well, served tough and made smart decisions. She has already developed solid connections with her offense. The block needs work; the match turned when Michigan made adjustments and got their middles more involved. But overall I thought this was an encouraging performance for Spartan fans.

Have we missed the announcement or is this just a long delay? 6' 3" OH/RS Caroline Formankova from Czech Republic is listed as 2025 MSU recruit per Rich Kern on 6/25/23. Could that be the commit you are looking for?
