To demonstrate how poorly the PD, PV, and Red Hat ratings are the kid I referenced a couple days who isn't on any of these recruiting list is getting a lot of phone calls and text messages from power 5 schools. I talked to the parents and her phone is blowing up. They shared some of the schools offered a scholarship out of the gate and they don't even know her. Goes to show these rankings are bogus. You just know when the ball coming off a kids hand sounds different than most of the players in the convention centers she has a god given gift. I have seen very few kids that hit the ball with as much velocity as her.
Best wishes to the all of these girls wanting to play college in the class of 2025 and don't let these so called recruiting rankings side swipe your dreams.

I'm SHOCKED that this is the response from the Texas people. Shocked, I tell you. I should be shocked at "adults" taking unnecessary jabs at 15-16 year-olds on anonymous message boards, but sadly I'm really not . . . It's not about this individual kid, it is simply a trend I do not want to see perpetuated in our sport. And one I will be advising my athletes in the process to avoid. |

Actually, a lot of players post their offers to see how each fan base engages. Clearly that isn't going to be the basis of their decision, but I have had friends talk about how certain schools had fanbases that BLEW up their social, and it definitely helped narrow down which schools they were most interested in. Regardless of the reason though, let them live. It's growing the hype around volleyball which is nothing but positive i don't disagree with you, but saying something they do is tacky hardly prevents them from living. this is getting blown out of proportion a little bit. |

I had to tell a buddy of mine these list are very subjective and often times political. Colleges don’t make their decisions on who to offer based on these lists |

Tacky for posting her offers?? Be fr. But it is tacky lol same as when football does it. Like if you’re a sought after recruit, it’s a given everyone is going to offer you if they have the money/schollies to do so. So in essence all you’re really doing is gassing yourself up for Instagram How is posting your offers tacky ?? Literally what’s tacky about it ? Also never once saw somebody calling a football/ basketball/ baseball player tacky for posting their offers. 🙄 There's just a lot of old heads and men that want women in sports to act a certain way which is hilarious. What's next, they're going to be classless?? 😩😂 |
