Gives players extra games, especially early on with limited teams in America. And also just more exposure overall. Does Puerto Rico even have a foreign restriction? More room for North American/Caribbean athletes to grab some court time on a bigger stage.

It would make sense for PVF to get it under the umbrella of NORCECA sooner rather than later because it would be a useful hedge against a power grab from USAV if and when the PVF really got rolling. It would help the respective Federations to develop players from Mexico and the Dominican Republic even if it's only a few teams. PVF needs to hire a bilingual person (English-Spanish) to get those negotiations going.

PR has a limit of 3. the problem with coexisting... is PR doesnt have anything other than location/lax nature of the league to offer thats better than PVF... PR players can earn more here and unless PR goes to a summer league... its always going to over lap
