As a non-rival school fan, I love the Stanford band, they are hilarious. (But not quite as good as the Rice MOB)

That concept sounds familiar. Oh, yeah -- "unequal revenue" among member schools. Seems like every conference has gone to equal revenue sharing among member schools over the last 10-15 years. Didn't USC publicly state a few years ago that they should be earning a larger portion of the PAC 12 pie than the other 11 member schools? Guess if the other schools (like Oregon and Washington) had given in to USC's demands, they might not have bolted for the B1G . . . Texas and Oklahoma paying 100 million to join the SEC This is true though semantics wise, the two schools are not making a payment but will not be receiving that amount in distributions from the Big 12. However some or all of that will be offset by distributions from the SEC. However I don't understand the purpose of the post.

I understand they may go with Apple and stream their games. What a disaster.

I don't think the streaming only model would work right now. Money is money - the source of the money doesn't matter, but I think this would hurt the conference in terms of exposure and have some downstream negative impacts. I think it has been assumed for a long while now that the PAC is going to have to go with a large % of streaming in order to hit their money target - but I would be shocked if they don't at least maintain some significant linear TV partner, even if done with someone like The CW.
