This was only film I could find of Sakanoko and though it was uploaded a few weeks ago the content is from a U17 tournament back in 2019...
Wish there was something more recent.

Side note, I still can't believe that 99 ranch in the Mapunapuna area is now a Home Depot! When I came back home I was looking forward to going to some of my favorite spots.

There seems to be “manapua” all over. It’s actually called Cha Su Bao or something similar to that. I’ve seen them in the HMart. I’ve seen them in the frozen sections of most supermarkets. Even in Costco, I think. If you looking for a package with the word “manapua” on it, you’ll look forever. Manapua is just the Hawaii word for Cha Su Bao. Just like if you go looking for Saimin on the mainland, you won’t find it. Saimin is found only in Hawaii. Nobody knows what Saimin is except for those who use the word while living in Hawaii.

Precious Lord, I pray that Sakanoko's passing and transition game has improved. He's going to struggle in D1 passing high powered serves with his hands, his strength is his ability to hit to all areas of the court. I would try him at opposite.

Hard to assess current passing ability from footage of a player when he was just 15 years old. People were worried about passing when Fey/Tuileta left and then again when Cowell/G Worsley left. I am pretty confident in the Warrior coaching staff’s ability to develop their main players.

I am pretty confident in the Warrior coaching staff’s ability to develop their main players. Agreed. People are worried about Chaz and Spyros leaving as well as it puts a dent in our passing. But Hawaii every year continues to chug along and its next man up. I'm not worried and also feel the staff has coached up its current players and those that will come in enough to they will be competitive as usual right out the gates.
