USA should 3-0 pretty easily imo I actually think this is the least likely outcome. Don't sell Japan short. They didn't start Inoue or Hayashi when our B-/C team played them in the league round. We really don't know how well we are going to match up against them. Last year in the 2022 tournament, they spanked us 3-0 with basically their same starters they are using for the finals this year. Granted, USA also wasn't playing with it's best line-up either. We didn't play Japan again the remainder of 2022 so this should be an exciting match. I won't be at all shocked if it goes 5 sets. nah, as long as karch doesn't insist on his fastball system and just feed moderately high balls to JT and whatever outside is starting opposite kelsey, japan will not have a chance |

Japan's defense is one of the best in the world. I think it's going to be a battle. I'd be elated if we sweep. I just don't think it's that likely to go down that way. |

Could it be a precautionary thing? In the past it's happened at bigger events lol. Also, I havent watched the IG story, so maybe she just now wears a brace. Wouldn't be super uncommon I don't think. I know players who wore braces when they played in college. |
