6 aces from Cassie Davis halfway through set 2… wtf is this I feel like this year there are far more outlier ace matches than usual - where a player gets tons of aces in one match and few, if any, in subsequent matches. I’ll do a deeper dive in the off season, but my initial impression is that it’s a lot higher this year. Personally, I value consistency on my team - which is why I gave props to Story last year. It was very rare she had a “high” ace match, but she always had at least 1 pretty much every match. Clutch. |

Biassou slowly becoming one of my MVP candidates. 9 kills and 2 aces so far, heading into set 3, 1-1 vs. Boise St.
Bella Ortiz has come hella alive in aces for me recently. Went from the beginning of the year to 10/12 with 5 aces. From 10/14 to tonight, she already has 7 aces!! 🥳🥳🥳
