I just checked Turkish league stats regular season for my own sanity. For positive passing %, she's only behind Simge, Cansu Cetin, Voronkova (surprise), Altundag, Aykac, and Gabi. Of those, she has the highest perfect passing %. I'd qualify that as a bit better than Bosetti, who is on par with most Italian league liberos but third best of any outsides.

By around a single percent (for positive %) - Seyma is at 57%, Melis is at 56%. Same for perfect % - Seyma at 41%, Melis at 40%. These are rounded, so I'm not sure how many significant figures this is off by.
