Stanford takes the last two points to win the set 26-24. Stan using a balanced attack with five hitters with 5 kills. They only hit .186 that set, but still pulled it out.

Whew close call not a great set there Kipp having a match to forget thus far and seems like Miner lost confidence in her by not setting her there at the end when she was on the outside but getting f a deuce set win is still good. Keep the foot on the gas.

This Rice team is very good, they’re banging away I like their D This is also without their starting DS, Mansfield. Who for the first time this season is standing with the team. Hopefully she is back next week. |
