Hold that thought. (which you should have done anyway. These matches are almost always ridiculous.) Very close first set. But still no cigar. But it was much closer than I expected. Marquette is fixing that, but the other way. |

I'm only following the stats while I watch WSU v Baylor, but I thought Marquette was going to blow out the Badgers this second set. But here the Badgers come roaring back. Surely Marquette closes out this one. But regardless, this has not been a "looming blowout" by any stretch of the imagination. |

That’s at least twice now a taller player has knocked away a ball that someone in the backcourt was in position to dig. Frustrating.
