Badgers take a TO with Iowa leading 7-8.
Some lackdaisacal plays. GG took herself off the line by letting ana ttack land inside the line. I'm been seeing that play so much of late in the NCAA. Used tobe you would take that ball if you were uncertain.
Then CC doesn't go up on the block and lets the hawks score. Not sure why.

When Iowa beat the 2018 Badgers, it was because Sheffield wanted to emphasize getting his OH’s on track (which was an issue early that year) Syd set past Rettke a bunch & suddenly it’s set 5 and Taylor Louis is having the game of her life😊 If they just play their game it’s 1-2-3 and back in Madison by 10pm. Taylor Louis may have had the game of her life in set 5 (I can’t remember the breakdown) but CALI HOYE had the match of her life. |
