I'm impressed with Franklin. She's tall yet so mobile. She will have a very good pro career. Beason has the making of an Annie Drews and both liberos will make an impact to their respective national teams in the future. Let’s not get carried away. Beason is hitting .271. Same as Krause hit last year , most of the time with a walk on setter. She's hitting .283 at 3.6 KPS

At least in the B1G, Drews was super inconsistent. All world one game and negatives the next. She's got to be a little better with time an experience. But you would have never likely pegged her as national team potential when she was playing college.

I was at the game and haven't been on VT but my biggest takeaways are 1. Crawford stared down Merritt more than once (stared down in an understatement), which is funny to me cuz why even do that to the player that had 21 kills compared to your 2, and then you're in the net on match point.. She had more net violations than kills.. Karma! 2. Ashburn whining and whining and getting a yellow card all because of a missed DOUBLE call was hilarious and I think was the turning point in the match.. karma 3. I think it is safe to say these two are easily my natty 'ship contenders

Come on man. I know we're a part of the same fan base, but you are going TOO FAR. It's in the past. Let it go. Have some respect for the players. I haven’t gone looking for the video (for obvious reasons) but my understanding was a couple teammates accidentally released a video in the locker room where some players were partially undressed in the background. Because, you know, it’s a locker room The fascination definitely has “shocked to discover women are naked under their clothes” energy You clearly didn't see the photos. They all posed for the camera, to say the least. It still suprises me they never caught who leaked it. I thought police escorts for them was a little much for a response, especially since its been awhile since it happened and they transferred in a whole new team. I guess they were getting heckled at matches when traveling. Which does make some sense then to have some safety for them.

This started after the release of their ex-rated photos and videos. Come on man. I know we're a part of the same fan base, but you are going TOO FAR. It's in the past. Let it go. Have some respect for the players. I never brought it up, vbmom10 did, and she had a question on the police presence for the Wisconsin team. and it's a great question. When you see the Wisconsin team at the opposing stadiums or arenas, you would think it was Beyonce. They are surrounded by police everywhere they go. It's different, and a good question to ask.

She's hitting .283 at 3.6 KPS Nope. .271. Unless you aren’t counting last night. Statistics might not lie, but Beason and Krause both play side-by-side, when Krause is not injured. My game observations (i.e., opinion) indicate that NE would not have beat WI without Beason. They did beat WI without Krause. Not dishing Krause, but Beason is more important to NE's success than Krause, at this time, IMO.
