From Coaches Wire: Wyoming: Josh Taylor is no longer an Associate Head Coach after serving in the role since January 2023 Anyone know anything on this? With him being a former P5 HC, could he be lined up for a HC gig already? Or was he let go at Wyoming?! Looks like he left the program. On the team's IG page they posted a "Thank you" farewell, saying he's heading back home to pursue another career. |

But they were good, middle/uper middle conference team a few seasons ago. Reed is an outstanding coach and mentors his players very well. |

Lots of people love Reed, I met him a few times and seemed nice. Since he's been at WV they are 32-98 in the Big 12 and he's been there for 8 years (that's an average of 4 conference wins a year). With some of the new hires the Big 12 has had, I can see how they think they could get better and do better. |

Reed is an outstanding coach and mentors his players very well. yes they were and yes he is, however they’ve yet to have a winning record in conference, 8-8 is their best. Plus they have a new AD who needs to likely make a mark and make changes to teams underperforming. |

The last time he got fired, it was after leading Cincinnati to the best season in program history and losing 15-13 to narrowly miss the Sweet 16. So there are clearly people and players that have a different view of Reed. |
