Nobody is ready to admit this. That’s the problem lol Well, Elliott is seeing something different. Either Kahahawai just isn't showing enough, or he feels better about Phillips/Wenaas on the floor for various reasons, or a combination of the two. It's frustrating for me, but I'm just going to have to be frustrated. I don’t wanna speculate, but you gotta think he made some promises to Wenaas to get her there at this point. There’s no reason she should still be playing and you wouldn’t be trying to develop a younger player. She didn’t crack the line up at Minnesota, which has way less depth on the pins. |

Having EITHER Molly or Jenna is fine with me. BUT having BOTH of them is where it’s a problem.. they both can’t hit oos and we have to rely on a perfect pass or a pass good enough to set Madi out of the back😭.. that’s not sustainable Nobody is ready to admit this. I find that hard to believe. But who knows? I don't know about not cracking the lineup. Landfair and Wucherer beat her out for OHes, but she was a 6 rotation OPP. It was enough for her to want to transfer, but it's not like she was cooling her heels on the bench. My thing is she wasn't some kind of overpowering attacker at Minnesota. This is what she is. She's a good player who was decent in 6 rotations. But she doesn't fit the Texas mold even slightly. Texas doesn't use her in the back row. I don't understand why we brought her on the roster unless he really didn't like what he was seeing from Kahahawai and intentionally wanted to recruit over her. |
