What happens to the players who don’t make the cut? Can they defect to a different team? There's a waver wire. Teams can claim players from it. If more than one team is interested, the team who was picked last in the draft lottery gets priority. If no one picks the player up they become a free agent. |

(I dont have info for Brazil... but i cant imagine their arenas are big enough... and no one watches in china lol) |
