Check the play by play. They show up there. Yes, Stanford gets 4 and Oregon gets 1 in the play by play. In the home stats, it shows 1 block solo, 8 block assists so there is still a discrepancy but w 1 more block. Not sure about before.
ETA: This is on StatBroadcast

Actually 5 blocks! So yes, that is why they won the 5th lol

yes. Definitely miss Brooke in all aspects of the game - intensity, focus, clutch moments, leadership, calming ability. Mimi doesn't seem confident as someone said. All that said, Ducks rallied, played gritty and never gave up. Definitely don't want to be in regional final with the Cardinal.

Miner was good in the first two, and poor in the next two, which corresponded with Stanford serve receive. Pukis just does more with the ball. I like Pukis, but I have no idea what "does more with the ball" means. Basically, Pukis sets better, and especially sets better when the ball is off the net (not a shank, but 25-50% off).

OSU just beat Cal.
Why exactly was that the TV match of the night, while this one was streamed?

Other than the grade school kids who were thrilled to be on tv, hard to imagine anyone being very happy about this match. It should have been in 4. Rubin really got into her own head, body language was telling. Hambly talked to her a couple of times, good thing her defense was still decent. Nice to see Pringle come in for Baird. Love Francis kills!!….Miner continually setting the outsides too tight. Of course I’ll take it, no shame in winning ugly…certainly better then getting swept by Kansas.

Ducks fans no need to feel like sour grapes your team really showed grit and although they had some missed opportunities in the fifth I think they showed why no one should want to see them in their regional come December.

I actually thought tonight was the worst I’ve seen Miner set. Her connections with the pins was off, esp with Kipp I thought. And people keep saying we need to set the middles more (me included), but the reality is Francis is too inconsistent and Vicini just isn’t terminal enough to warrant more sets. I also thought Rubin had an off game, but she got key kills when it mattered the most, in the fifth set.

She had her hand taped and re-taped during the match. Undoubtedly played a role. We need to keep working the middles into the offense. I love how Vicini has worked to improve her offensive game, but yeah, she doesn't warrant more sets than necessary to keep the opposing blockers honest. And Francis... Man. In one word, inconsistent. I thought she had really turned a corner last weekend. Was really starting to look good. But today, her approaches were not good, and most swings were half-hearted. Just never know what you're going to get with her. Rubin...was hard to pinpoint. She had quite a few hard swings that got dug. Then started tipping a lot. But in the fifth set she flipped a switch, and was great. Just and odd day from her. Not typical. I expect a great outing from her on Saturday.

oof, I guess we had chance but just burn the game tape and move on (I guess Lewis can keep her highlights). Really hope we go to a different regional because we've just played sooooo badly in all 3 matches in this gym. Madison please and thank you Um, yeah, I am hoping for a Madison regional, but no. Wisconsin had to play Oregon in Madison in the first round in 2015.
