Huge match for both teams, obviously. I am going with Gophers in 5, but I am more confident on the 5 or at least very close overall points (IU serving could lead to big variances either way in terms of individual sets).

I’d like to see Minnesota win this one so that we can be guaranteed 5 Big 10 teams in the tournament, but Minnesota seems so deflated. They haven’t had a huge win in months, and they haven’t played well on the road at all in Big 10 play.
If Indiana controls their serve, they should win this one pretty handily.

Would be nice if the Hoosiers have an off day with serving and/or we pass as well as we did against Purdue. 🤗 Will Zeynep be passing again? Will we see a change on the right if Grote and Shaffmaster aren’t connecting? I was surprised Keegan didn’t try Crowl against Purdue, especially late in the fourth set when Grote had 3 or 4 errors in a row.
Would love to see Landfair go off with 22+ kills on her 22nd birthday. How ‘bout all three pins hit above 0.220 as well! Maybe 22 swings from the middles?! I’m feeling 22 🥳

Feeling hopeful
But a poor performance may well prove to be a death knell re the NCAA tourney
The athletes need to believe/commit/support each other

Didn’t realize Indiana hasn’t even won a set against the gophers since 2015. That will change today. Bad vibes already. Hanson already subbed in for Wucherer at 7-12
