I don't remember the LBSU libero being this bad. But they started serving her from the beginning so the coaches must know something. Same like I was confused why Hawaii was serving at her but now I am seeing why |

She's Chuckie to me. Just chucks the ball way too much. So Hildebrand really was training Hames to set with her back to the net. Yea I really want to know his reasoning, I guess it’s difficult to read but idk if beneficial for distributing sets consistently in each direction |

So Hildebrand really was training Hames to set with her back to the net. I think Hames is quite a bit slower than Meyers. That might have been out of necessity. lol Well, Meyers is actively choosing not to square up. The "deception" doesn't seem worth the decline in accuracy or lack of vision on the block once blockers recognize she'll set outside from that body position and adjust. |
