This can’t look good to jobs right? Five different universities.

I mean I’m all for doing what’s best for you but this screams they can’t commit to something

I didn’t go to college admittedly so I’m not sure what the process is

If a job is asking for a transcript, it most likely won't be reviewed until the offer is being processed and not as part of the interview process. Some companies may ask for GPA/transcripts but it is not common and more and more big tech companies are moving away from GPA requirements. 

She is transferring back to her home state so hopefully she enjoys her final season. It is an interesting string of transfers. The first transfer out of community college obviously makes sense. The latest transfer could also make sense if she's enrolling in a grad program and it being her home state. The stops in between... who knows
