Nebraska should've hit .415 and won this match -11, -9, -13. That was embarrassing. This team has the ability to make the Iowas, Northwesterns and Illinois of the world look like 2nd Round tourney teams. You’re spoiled. |

I know Nebraska has a tendency to play to their opponents level but this is a little concerning. It feels like they sort of limped into this tournament and this wasn't the showing they needed to reverse that feeling. This match will have zero bearing on how they will play moving forward. Same as if they had won 5,5,5 and hit .400. They accomplished the only two things that mattered, advancing and no injuries. |

I think there is something to be said for gaining some confidence each game. I'm just nervous that they aren't playing to the level I think they can and today didn't alleviate that concern. Hopefully they reset and play a cleaner and stronger game tomorrow. |

Merb is obviously a bit unwell here during the presser. She played with a cough drop in her mouth. She and MM said Lexi picked the team up when they were flagging in the third. Lots of the girls have head colds, unfortunately |

Spoiled may be, but this is a RPI 280 team. That LIU is a good team or they played a great game is not convincing to justify the score. I said what I said.

Half the team is sick.... most shouldn't have played. We will be fine. Just need to survive tomorrow night. Half the team couldn't practice this week. Real bad coughs and head colds. Hopefully we are back in shape next week if we can win tomorrow. We need to stop getting each other sick. The team has been revolving a cold for a few weeks now. |

Dropping sets to non-tournament teams such as Northwestern & Illinois, struggling to beat a winless-in-the-conference Iowa, losing 3-0 to a team they beat just a month prior, passing and defense not playing to the level they played at earlier in the season. I think it is fair to say that the current Nebraska team isn't playing to the same level they started the season. Maybe limping is a harsh term to use but they certainly aren't entering the tournament with the winds at their backs in terms of overall play. |

Well you are clearly taking my comments out of context. Nebraska has accomplished a lot this season but I think we all know they have their sights set on a higher goal. I'm simply stating my concerns that they could easily run into an opponent in this tournament that could knock them out if they don't play up to their full potential. I never stated the team was terrible just being realistic here. Other teams are hitting their strides at this moment and I hope Nebraska starts to as well. |
