Me too! Minny has been playing well, but Sis is back and Creighton is hitting on all cylinders!

I don’t know much about Creighton, but only see people discussing Sis. If the gophers can shut her down, will they win?

I don’t know much about Creighton, but only see people discussing Sis. If the gophers can shut her down, will they win? It sure would give them a good chance - but Martin/Schmitt aren't chopped liver. I do think Minnesota looked like they could be starting to gel, which is scary. Go Jays!

I was gonna say battle of the Outsides, but Grote could be a game changer

I’m not into pointless banter Since Wookie is largely out of backcourt passing responsibility And TayLa increasingly reliable (tho certainly prone to errors) as a passer That ‘sus’ rep has, for the most part, expired For our pins to be terminal they need better set location My original point stands Whichever team executes their game plan the best will win MN MBs need to wall off the back slide I’m sure KBB has a bullseye targeting Davis MN needs good sets from Shaff And Davis to be at her tippytop smiley self

Both teams have very interesting setters to watch and who are both big threats at the net. They also both make a big impact on defense. Shaffmaster looks like she would not be good in backrow defense, but she is, and Wait looks like she would be a defensive liability on the front row, but she's an unusually good blocker.

Will matchups matter? Which rotation will each team start in? Bonus: Will Hugh attend the match in person? (Director of Coaching at Minnesota)

It would be fun to see a second round scare like the one Creighton gave the Gophers in Minneapolis when they hosted in 2019. Even better if they actually close it out. That’s all the smack talk I have for this matchup. The Gophers are the definite underdog in my opinion. After this season’s ups and downs, I’m a pretty humbled Gopher fan lol. I’m not convinced surviving the B1G and making the tournament gives us some sort of advantage. I’m just hoping for a good fight against a good team in a hostile environment. Go Gophers!

Lets go Gophers!
Also, I'm excited to get a look at Creighton at full strength in the tournament.
