I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team make their subs just before a match starts based on what rotation the other team starts in

That was the only thing I could think would be the reason they would do a double sub. But do they run a 6-2?

I don’t think so because even the TV broadcast had Sis and Martin out of the lineup. It seemed like an intentional move by Creighton but I still don’t understand why lol
