Emails just went out for seating requests. Looks like they are going by first come, first serve based on the time you put your deposit down. So no rush on putting in preferences it seems. From the email I got: "In order for us to maintain and prioritize your spot in line based on when your deposit was placed, while also working through all of our season ticket depositors as efficiently as possible, this list of preferences will allow us to suggest the best available seat locations for you. You will then have an opportunity to approve those seat locations or not. We appreciate you not forwarding this email or this link, as we are abiding by the priority of seating through when deposits were placed, if we receive submissions out of order it could cause delays in our process."

Very pleased with how responsive the LOVB Ticketing office has been. I got my first preferences filled and they confirmed my seats within 15 minutes of sending in the survey (I replied more than 3 hours after they sent it out). I was informed I had been one of the earliest to deposit, so it does appear they have been respecting the spots in line.

I haven't gotten anything since I replied confirming that I would like the seat location they sent me but honestly I think that makes sense. Their focus is probably on getting seat assignments in order as quickly as possible so they can move through the list, and payment links can come after that. I checked my email history and I put down my deposit down 17 minutes after they emailed saying it was possible, so at least around 1:30pm that's where they were in the queue.

For now, you are all set with this seat location reserved for you. Once we get our ticketing platform setup to start sending our invoices for payment, we will be in touch on those next steps for payment then ticket distribution."

I can appreciate the figuring out the seats ahead of time, particularly since they have to lock in two different arenas. And I'm happy with my seats, so great system! Top notch! No notes. Same! Got my email yesterday morning, sent the preferences in yesterday afternoon, and they responded with seats by 5 PM. In the “any additional info” question at the end of the survey, I’d mentioned that we’d be going in and out during the games because of Little Rainbow, so we’d prefer an aisle location if possible. They hooked us up perfectly.

Trying to decide (likely have decided “no”) whether to get tickets at a high enough price that I’ll like the seats, *given* that I’ll likely not want to attend the matches at the Fieldhouse (bleachers).
