I thought Amber was going to be playing in the new professional league? she was drafted, meaning a team wanted her. But it looks like she never signed. Into sure why though Somewhere in this thread it was mentioned that she opted to go play overseas instead of playing for the Omaha Supernovas. |

Happy for Brooke but isn’t there any European league willing to sign her? Mau went pro in the Philippines as well but I have not heard from her since. She needs a better agent. France could have been a good fit for her. Maybe she is enjoying the cultural aspect of being in the Philippines. |

She can join a big money league this fall still if that's what she wants. That said looking at some of the US PVL rosters, she could have totally made a roster stateside and helped some teams out. |

Volleyball is a premier sport there. |

I don’t watch international volleyball (though I should start now) it looks like Amber will be playing for Roma Volley Club A1 for those who watch how does that stack up against the top teams ?

The Italian and Turkish Leagues are considered top leagues in the world. Roma is sitting 9/14 teams. They don't have the best middles (Centrals), so there is a good chance Amber will see playing time. Some of the top teams in the league have very good local middles, and it is tough for a foreign middle to sometimes get playing time (due to foreigner rules) so this is probably a good club to get time and exposure.
