Imagine the whine-fest we are going to witness between Sheffield and Elliot. Both of them will whine so much that there will be a delay of game You should see Sheff whine for ncaa waivers too? 😀 GO RECRUIT 18 YEAR OLDS SHEFF!!! stop recruiting 23 year olds who need 12 signatures to play.

lmao. I don't care for either team but Texas winning after getting crushed in the regular season has to feel so, so good. Yeah, Stanford smokes Texas on their home floor, then Texas returns the favor, only when the stakes are about 10,000 times higher!

Must confess that I had had this notion that when the talent levels are comparable Texas would lose, but I was certainly wrong about this game. Great job, JE and the team. Texas was well prepared and played their best game of the season at the right time. On the other hand losing at this stage this convincingly doesn’t speak well for Stanford. I hear Mick and Lee say it all the time that position for position Stanford has the best team in the NCAA. If you think about it it’s largely true. Hambley has work to do, starting from himself

Hambley has work to do, starting from himself The more you lose with very good talent, the easier it is to keep losing with very good talent (see Florida). Oddly enough, it works the same for winning 🤔. Agree with previous post … we’ll see where Hambly falls after a few years of his own recruiting.

1st set Texas will hang with Stanford. We just have to serve that tough and be that terminal foe the duration. Texas wiped the floor with a Stanford team that just did not want to compete. Texas played harder, competed harder, coached harder and kicked Stanford down the alley.

She is better than Molly Phillips, and I think Carter Booth is better or equal to Asjia. Anna mostly plays RS. Asjia is likely going to push for a spot on the Paris roster… now which middle is better than her in the ncaa? periodt

Just rewatched the match and I felt sad for Kipp at the end. She’s had an incredible NCAA career and I’m excited for her pro future. That said, it did feel like Stanford played like they were afraid of losing. Rubin is so solid, I’m curious to see how she develops.
