A bit of rumor, but on the Rivals Penn State Wrestling forum, it's being said that AD Pat Kraft has plans for a new Olympic training facility that PSU Wrestling and Volleyball Teams would share. Perhaps something similar to Ohio State's Covelli Center.
Some of us may recall that former AD Sandy Barbour also had similar plans pre-pandemic.

Where the F would something like that even go in proximity to Rec, though? Why would it have to be near Rec Hall? Most of the athletics venues are on the other side of campus. |

I do recall that the original plan under Sandy Barbour was to build the Olympic Training Facility right next to (or even attached to) the BJC. That said, if Rec Hall continues to be the main competition arena for the programs, I think it'd be nice to have their training facility attached/nearby to Rec Hall. |

Only a little more than 10 more games with Murzik. If she played at PSU all 4 years she would have been a top 5 players of all time. She will be 2nd in All time Kills per Set, Only behind Hodge

Wheels better not be coming off the wagon this close to the end of the season. We could end up in Pitt's regional and get blasted into last century.

I've got a thread live (albeit under construction) for Friday's match Illinois at Penn State: *At some point, I'll add possible starting lineups for each team and I'd love to get some help from you on Penn State's likely lineup. I list everyone that gets regular rotations in a match and that can include all the way down to a serving specialist. Here's a past example of a lineup so you have an idea what I try to include. Only a little more than 10 more games with Murzik. If she played at PSU all 4 years she would have been a top 5 players of all time. She will be 2nd in All time Kills per Set, Only behind Hodge Wow on both points! |
